This past week has been a heavy one with America having a front row seat to another unarmed Black man being shot by law enforcement. Every time this happens we are faced with our own fears, frustrations, and sadness about what it means to Black in this country. Let's talk about the wide range of emotions we are experiencing and how we deal with it all during this difficult time.
