In this BONUS episode this week we decided to go over what the process looks like when you buy a house for the first time. There's quite a bit we can expand on, so we wanted to keep it as simple as possible.

In between explaining the steps, we also give some of our favorite tips for choosing a real estate agent, lender and the right house for you.

After buying three houses and refinancing twice, we have found that WHO you work with makes a huge difference with the outcome of your buying process. We believe it's really important that you pick a lender and real estate agent that you communicate well with, they answer all your questions (you'll probably have a lot- and that's great!!) and you feel confident that they have your best interest in mind.
