The incredible and charismatic Rich "Big Daddy" Salgado joins The Brink of Midnight Podcast. Big Daddy is a hub for greatness and positivity. The mentorship from this beloved guidance counselor and his coaches "woke him up" to the significance of community and friendship, thus laying the foundation for how to cultivate and cherish quality relationships with people. These very qualities make Big Daddy one of the most well-known and respected people in sport - especially well known for his kindness, friendship, and loyalty.
