There were an estimated 50,000 Haitians granted TPS in Miami Dade with the highest concentration obviously being in the Little Haiti neighborhood at the time of the Supreme Court ruling. There were approximately 45,000 in Broward with an estimated 18,000 Haitians under TPS in Palm Beach County. These are obviously massive numbers, and it may well be the case that ICE/DHS are hoping that the onset of enforcement action locally will lead to most Haitians now living here illegally to leave willfully.
