Jaime is an advocate for People with Disabilities, and serves as an administrator at the Colorado Cross Disability Coalition (CCDC). Jaime contracted polio as a child, and now operates a power chair. He and Brenda discuss his childhood in upstate New York, his first encounters with discrimination, his tenure at the United States Military Academy at West Point, and the Olmstead Act.
