When a quick trip overseas gave me a quick breather to realise how much I was hanging on to worry subconsciously. Do you worry about the future? Sometimes, we just got to let it happen and I think what scares us is the lack of control. Also, I stopped buying data when I travelled just so I can really experience what going offline felt like...and it felt good.
