General Douglas MacArthur gave two emotional speeches from the deck of the Battleship Missouri when he accepted Japans surrender at the end of World War Two in Tokyo Bay. One speech was for those gathered for the historic event, the other for a world wide radio audience. In this episode, I recreate both speeches in MacArthurs own words.
