I have always struggled with talking about mental health, Suicide and with survivors of it. I talk with Summer Dey who is a survivor and has dealt with it from the passing of her son. I talk with her about how deal, heal, talk and get help if you need it. This episode will help you if you never struggle or always struggle with mental health. It will help you communicate with who have lost, and also help you communicate with your loved ones. We can talk about it and we can work through this together.
