This podcast is hosted by two friends Rudys and Sam who met in high school and wish to share their opinions on various topics and experiences with the world. They especially hope to provide a safe space to discuss mental health, from their own mental health journeys to tips and tricks that have helped them improve, and wish to give happiness to anyone who needs a lil smile.
