In this episode I sit down with Aiden Darling(The Grouchy Witch Podcast ) and Lisa (The Zodiac Knitter).

Aiden, a first time guest on the podcast, is a Psychic Medium, YouTuber, and a caring, thoughtful patron who frequents the voice channels of our Discord. Lisa, who is a returning guest/co-host, is a dedicated Ancestral Priestess, Certified Crystal Practitioner, and my badass Community Manager.

This episode was recorded with the approaching season in mind and contains lots of commentary on mindfulness during spirit work for Samhain. In episode 4 we discuss setting boundaries with spirits, give our thoughts on personal responsibility, talk about getting signs from our deities, and much more. We bring up the importance of honoring the voiceless, the shift in mainstream's magical focus over the last few years, and give a shoutout to the healers who are feeling burnt out. We emphasis the importance of active and deep listening this time of year.
