IRT has powerful benefits as it calms the restless mind, reduces the level of stress and decreases tensions related to various reasons. The Practice of IRT at the beginning of yoga practice helps to awaken the mind and body, thus one can get the maximum benefit with the practice of yoga poses and pranayamas. This practice is not advisable to people with Heart diseases, hypertension, pregnancy and to those suffering from fibromyalgia.
