We're excited to have with us this episode Maia Vezina (@livingnowwithmaia)!  In 2013 she survived a horrific car crash where her car was struck by a drunk driver. Since then she has had 15 surgeries, with multiple surgeries to the left ankle.

From this experience she has learned how to mentally prepare the pre-op and post-op battles that many patient's face. She also speaks candidly about one of the biggest concerns of surgery: pain and how she battles with chronic pain.
