Salvador Dali was a firm believer in the power of sleep and micro naps. He once said, “When we are asleep in this world, we are awake in another.” What about the 70% of high school and college students today that are sleep deprived Dali? They might very well be asleep in this world, but, I think they are probably napping in the other one. Let’s talk about it.
