Mom Erin Epstein tells the story of the pregnancy and birth of her twins Madelyn and Dylan.  Erin's pregnancy was complicated by PPROM and she then lost her son Dylan. Through miraculous interventions she was able to maintain her pregnancy with Madelyn and then delivered her preterm. Madelyn lived for two months but passed away after being diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. In this episode, Erin discusses the multiple issues surrounding her pregnancies and infertility treatments.

Erin was able to survive her grief and losses by turning her grief into passion. She started by hosting a big fundraiser for Fred's Footsteps. Now, Erin helps other going through infertility treatments and hosts a support group through a local non profit-Three Little Birds Perinatal. She also went to counseling to figure out who she was after loss. She wrote a blog for Three Little Birds Perinatal and used journaling as a tool to mend her heart.

Erin is a mom, wife, daughter, social worker, and advocate for families experiencing infertility.
