Pete has served in the military for 8 years(reg & reserve forces), he was Paratrooper, Pete served 32  plus years in the police (still serving), 20 years of it in a SWAT team. We visit leadership in his team and in general. How he copes and how he deals with his personal and family life while leading an Elite Team!  His mindset and how he sees life are inspirational.
