Just a Veteran navigating healing and recovery of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). After serving his country, the dark tunnel and the tools that were presented to him. He is now sharing what he learned and his new purpose after close to 18 years of service in the military (Army/SOF and Law enforcement).
