The poor thyroid. Not only is she under-loved, and problems she has are under-diagnosed, sometimes she gets the blame for things that aren’t even her fault! Things like trouble with weight gain, low libido, brain fog, feeling tired all the time . . .
Now, I do believe in test, don’t guess, so doing comprehensive testing is paramount. But if it all looks good but you still feel like sh*t, maybe there’s another reason.
