Diagnosis

With mental health issues growing in this state. Where can you go to get the real life, unedited, unapologetic and uncensored answers to questions, life experiences and journeys? This is the Bipolar Break. Where you can find your answers through categories of LOVE, LIFE, ADDICTION AND RELATIONSHIPS. This is a safe space where I'll share my life growing up and the magnitude of getting my diagnosis as a young adult. ALL while dealing with a over religious family. Welcome to the Break!
