So what should you pick? We give some helpful suggestions and ideas.We also talk about what you can order at sit-down restaurants if you're with your closest people but you're still wanting to pick mindfully and carefully without derailing your progress.Even gas stations have many options available, and we talk about what those healthy options are.We end the episode by talking about the importance of individualization. Every person is unique and even though we've given plenty of helpful suggestions, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
