Laws 13 and 14, “Free Kicks” and “The Penalty Kick”, are discussed in this episode of our series on the Laws of the Game.

There are a few things about these Laws that can be confusing to referees, as well as some players and coaches. The important thing is that, as referees, we familiarize ourselves with the Laws beyond our formal training in order to become better referees.
