SOmetimes a referee has to give a card in order to maintain the reputation of a game, as well as make sure that players are safe. As officials, we cannot use the excuse of "that's the way she plays" to keep our cards in the pocket. This episode give some examples of why it necessary to properly deal with fouls and misconduct.
