The unconscious is what rules your deep beliefs, your identity, your triggers from the past, and your internal motivation. It is SO powerful and quick to find what is in the subconscious and then rapidly make lasting change.

4.  Health and fitness.  I taught aerobics for 24 years. Learn to increase your strength, flexibility whole program.
