Canada Day feels different when you support Alberta independence — for a lot of us, it feels more like Alberta Day now.

Justin Trudeau broke trust, Mark Carney is trying to sell unity, and Danielle Smith is putting Alberta’s future in front of Albertans — but I refuse to fall into the trap of hating good Canadians who stood beside us.

Alberta independence should be about freedom, not turning on family, friends, conservatives, and people we stood shoulder to shoulder with at the Freedom Convoy.
