On this episode, Nunzio Signore shares how to design individualized training programs for pitchers, and how to establish a high performance environment. Nunzio digs deep into detail about The Pitching Lab, a closed-loop training program that he developed alongside episode two guest, Jim Wladyka. We talk weighted balls, mobility assessments, core activation, bullpen sessions, video analysis, he gives us his Do’s or Don’ts of training pitchers, and, much, much, more.
