Ryan Hurba, Division I hitting coach and recruiting coordinator for the Binghamton University Bearcats, joins The Baseball Drive to discuss how to properly implement drill work into practices and lessons. We also talk a lot about a three letter word, FUN, and how incorporating it, along competition, into our practice and workout routines will have a lasting impact on our player or program. In addition, Ryan shares how he goes about getting feedback from his players, and how he uses his knowledge and experiences to teach the game to his own kids.
