I needed a place where everyone felt accepted and valued. There were a couple of Facebook post from the CEOs of my previous company that made me realize our values didn’t align. 2. I wanted a company that paid on every single customer order. Period. Social selling should be just that.. The affiliates in that company should have the option to recruit or not and be able to make amazing money either way.3. It was also important to me to belong to a company that didn’t force personal monthly requirements. Even though, this company has a small quota, it doesn’t have to come from our pockets.
