Ayo picked up long distant running one year ago. Through mental fortitude and a desire to improve his overall health, he signed up for a marathon on zero training. Once he started preparing, fitness went from a form of punishment to now it's a form of prayer. Ayo graduated from the University of St. Thomas and is working at the Star Tribune.
