My guest today is Kate Moon, yoga teacher, mentor, and retreat leader, whom I met last spring at a women’s retreat at Sansara Resort in Panama. Kate was the retreat liaison for guests while we were there and I instantly knew Kate was someone I wanted to get to know more.
