<p>Kristian is an engineer who worked in the automotive industry for three years before founding his startup “FLTR” (pronounced filter) in August 2019. FLTR is a “social development platform” that helps its users connect with likeminded people so that together they can take small steps towards finding and pursuing something they love.⁠</p>
