I was blessed to speak to a group of student athletes at Lutcher High School. I spoke about when the medals, rings, certificates, and all other accolades dad. What does success look like to them. Also how do they define success. I give them my own definition of success and explain that success comes from within.

The economy has changed where millennials need to learn the “art of hustle”. Multiple streams will be the only way to obtain wealth in this saturated college degree world.

Whats going on people! Tonight, I’m dropping my first podcast to the world (something else I can scratch off the bucket list). This first podcast, I’m coming direct. I’m discussing the people who you surround yourself with. In this case, I consider those people the “soil”. When you plant your seed into soil, you have to be careful who you are surrounding yourself with. In my opinion, one of the most important steps in growing a harvest is “Cultivation”. In this process, your digging into the soil and removing all of the bad weeds. Weeds are the people who honestly don’t want to see you successful. People who sometimes are only there waiting for you to fail, but yet they smile in your face. If you don’t remove the weeds out of your garden, then your soil will dry up! What will those people do, they will just go jump to another garden to suck dry. Your circle is a direct reflection to your success. If you want to be a body builder, your not going to ask someone who never went to the gym.
