In particular, Todd’s doctoral dissertation focuses on Management, Leadership, Supervision, and Retention as it relates to the Minority and Millennium Professionals. This week, Giulia sits down with Facilitator, Coach and Speaker and an inclusivity and diversity specialist, Dr. Todd Jenkins.
