The Fabulous Wonder Mama

Wonder Mama first appeared at the world famous Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Parade in 2014 and has been appearing in the parade every year since! She even won best small parade entry in 2017 when she flew into Mardi Gras in her invisible jet!

Wonder Mama traveled to New York City joining Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras to represent Australia in their bid for World Pride 2023 and In 2017 she won most humorous entry at WonderCon in Anaheim California!

Wonder Mama (also known by her secret identity name, Wilma Powers!) hosts her 5-star rated Drink and Draw with a Drag Queen Workshops around Sydney where students create fabulous artworks using oil pastels! You can also find her on Sydney’s Golden Mile and LGBT Hub – Oxford Street Darlinghurst – where she hosts her wonderful weekly Walking Tour of the area featuring local LGBT businesses, landmarks, the history of the area, and Sydney Mardi Gras!

Wonder Mama/ Wilma inspires the world to be loving, compassionate and accepting of all people, races and species!

Wonder Mama’s alter ego and creator, Renny Roccon is a former graphic designer and has written and illustrated 3 storybooks – The Fabulous Story of Wonder Mama, It’s OK to be ME, and “Wonder Mama in Parade Pandemonium – The Return of Queen Mean!”
