Prosus or Tencent? There is a lot of people investing in $PROSY just because of the share it hold of $TENCENT $TCEHY  but is this wise?

Here, I go over the latest news from Prosus as they had to write off investments in Russia (classified ads business Avito, and has a 25.7% shareholding in Russia's VK Group, which owns the country's most popular social media site, VKontakte) & we analyze the Net Asset Value of their holdings to determine the difference between the share price and the NAV per share.

Basically I think that if you like the risk of all the other investments of Prosus and are aware of the structural risks of the company, Prosus is a good way to invest in Prosus and have a nice large exposure to Tencent. 

But if you only love Tencent, then the best investment is Tencent itself.
