So here’s a question for you: what is the most important part of your speech?  

Is the opening? The middle? Or the ending? We all know that we have to  grab our audience’s attention right off the bat. We also know that we  have to support our main points during the middle of the speech.  However, what’s up with that conclusion? 

Just exactly what are we supposed to do with that?
