Today I interview commended writer and psychologist Jane Turner Goldsmith www.turnergoldsmith.com regarding her article that discusses both her own experiences and the research around the psychotherapeutic benefits of expressive writing.   Jane shares her story of loss and how writing about her trauma was beneficial for her.  Jane also discusses Csikszentmihalyi’s (pronounced cheeks-sent-me-high!) research on “flow”.
