Healthcare has evolved rapidly and in unexpected directions over the past two years, and the kinds of services we deliver to Veterans and they way we serve them has changed just as rapidly and unexpectedly.  It goes without saying the COVID-19 Pandemic has impacted day-to-day healthcare services, but it has had far-ranging effects on how we staff those services and how we plan for our future.
