Washington City Paper describes Bill as a “painter, musician, filmmaker, curator, presenter, promoter, and all-around patron of the arts,” He is the founder of dc space, District Curators, and DC Alley Museums. From 1985 - 1992, he served as a member of the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities. Although much of his work over the years has been “behind the scenes,” Bill had his first solo exhibition as a visual artist at Logan Fringe Arts Space in 2016.
