I have anxiety. And am prone to depressive episodes. Oh, and suffer from PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). I’ve talked about all of these things before, but wanted to dedicate an episode to it and read a blog post from 2018 all about my struggles with antidepressants and PMDD.
