This is the debut episode of a podcast we will be adding to the line up in 2020 and it just so happens to be my fun and smart wife's. In this episode she discusses mental health, self care and what they mean to her. She gives her unabashedly honest opinions on the subject and even gives examples of her worst days. 

Please bear with us when it comes to the variance in audio quality periodically through the episode, we were trying a new configuration for solo recording and it wasn't as successful as we would have liked, it won't happen again :)
