This a weight loss journey that I am on. I started my journey tipping the scales @ 160.7kg (354.2LBS). I was destroying my body through soft drinks and fast foods - until I received a letter stating that I was in a Pre-Diabetes state, and was at extremely high risk to being stuck with Diabetes for the rest of my life. 
This floored me. 
I decided right then to make a lifestyle change in an effort to reclaim my life and be around for my family for many years to come. 
I am doing this through the Man Shake and youtube vlogging.
