Carlos Escobar is the 2020 Australian Brewers Cup Champion. He also competed at the World Championships placing 4th overall. Today, Carlos joins us in the studio to talk about Coffee Competitions & having a the right mindset to compete, along with the story of his full circle journey growing up on a coffee farm in Colombia to Engineering, then all the way back to coffee.
