<p>I kept this episode short because I just wanted to briefly introduce myself and give a lil background on my hopes for this podcast.&nbsp;</p>

Being able to adapt in situations has proven to be key this year especially. This podcast takes the opportunity to talk about all of the things we have to adjust to day in and day out. Shedding light on life’s new normals and being able to let go of the things from the past that hurt us. On Temporary Fix I hope to talk about creating the best versions of ourselves regardless of all the struggles life brings.
