Many times I am afraid to feel my emotions or to even come to God with my emotions because I either don't want to feel them or I am afraid it won't be "Godly" what I'm feeling. So the other day I had a really hard day and the Lord reminded me that it is okay to feel things and that He is not afraid of my emotions. He wants me to feel them!
