Tehachapi weekend update time with Clare Scotti from Discover Tehachapi. We talk about all of the entertainment and food options at our wineries, microbreweries and the science of a charcuterie board. Clare makes custom designed charcuterie boxes for our wineries and microbreweries. She customizes them to enhance the tasting experience of our wines and beers.
