Wie geht es einer Stadt – und wie misst man das eigentlich? In dieser Folge sprechen wir über das Projekt StimmungsEcho, das von der TH Brandenburg umgesetzt wird. Das Projekt macht sichtbar, was oft unsichtbar bleibt: die emotionale Stimmungslage von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern in Zeiten von Strukturwandel, Klimawandel, Abwanderung und Zuzug.
