Vietnam's VinFast has recently announced the successful delivery of its second batch of EVs to the United States.  The VinFast VF8 is the first model the automaker is introducing directly to American motorists in selected states.  Can Fiat make a comeback - AGAIN?  The Italian nameplate has struggled in the US marketplace since its reintroduction back in 2012.  Stellantis, the brand's parent, believes that there is a place for Fiat in the American marketplace, be it at the entry-level as an EV.  Are they right?
