Join Simon Dowling as he explores the wonderful world of teams. This show is perfect for those who seek to unleash the true power of teams in their organisation. In each episode, Simon shares insights from his own work as a leadership team coach, as well as chatting with guests about their own experiences of leading teams. Simon began his career as a commercial lawyer, but his real passion for teaming was born out of his experience as an improviser, having trained and performed for many years - including in the hit Australian TV show, "Thank God You’re Here". Simon is also the author of “Work with Me: How to get people to buy into your ideas” - a practical guide to influencing and leading without authority. www.simondowling.com.au
