All too often we look at something we do or something we create and instead of seeing the great things about it we choose to focus on the blemishes. This happens in our personal life, but it also happens in our professional life. Too often we get caught up in comparing ourselves to the educators around us and the only thing that does is rob ourselves of our joy. We should look to celebrate others and celebrate ourselves.
