Jenna is a skilled litigator who has practiced family law for the past 10 years. She specializes in assisting clients with complex financial issues and complicated corporate structures. Often working at the intersection of family law and corporate litigation, she is fluent in both income and business valuation issues.
Jenna has a wealth of trial experience and has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario. In addition to her active litigation practice, Jenna advises clients on domestic contracts, including marriage contracts, and frequently represents clients in mediation. She prides herself on pursuing practical and cost-effective resolutions for her clients. She appreciates that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for families going through a separation.
In addition to representing clients, Jenna is trained as a parenting coordinator and remains current on issues related to intimate partner violence.
Jenna is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and the Advocates’ Society. Jenna is also a member of the Advice and Settlement Counsel Project and enjoys spending time mentoring law school students. She is a frequent presenter at continuing educational programs/panels.
