There was a discussion on Facebook that resulted in many mutual blocks. The discussion centered on hyperlinked PDFs - why for some potential customers, they are a make or break type of deal, and for some publishers they aren't cost-effective to make. I find myself somewhere around milktoast fencesitter ;)
